Miss Indy 300 poster model

New Zealand Photographer Brady Dyer has chosen Emma as the official 2010 poster model for the Wellington “Miss Indy 300 model search competition.” The competition will be held at Coyotes Bar and Restaurant and the poster will be used throughout Wellington to promote the competition.
Photoshoot with Michael Ellem

At 6am this morning Emma shot with Sydney photographer Michael Ellem of OffRoad Images. The photoshoot took place at the beautiful Bondi Beach with Michael getting some amazing pictures of Emma on the South Bondi rocks as the sun was rising.
Michael Ellem has been a professional photographer for over 15 years and specialises in commercial and magazine photoshoots.

Screenwise – Katherine Hopwood-Poulsen

Emma spent the last five weeks intensely learning American Dialect with actress and accent teacher Katherine Hopwood-Poulsen.
Learning in depth the International Phonetic Alphabet as well as monologues and scripts on camera in American Dialect makes Screenwise the best American Dialect Course in the country.

Emma spent the last five weeks learning objections and actions in great detail with Actor Kristian Schmid.
He was an amazing teacher with so much attention to detail and constructive criticism to really help performances improve.
Kristian has an extensive stage, television and feature film background. He is currently appearing in Channel 9′s Sea Patrol and has a guest role on popular Australian TV seriesPacked to the Rafters.

Screenwise – Henry Nixon

Screenwise two year intensive – Every five weeks Emma spends time with new tutors teaching her key skills for the screen acting industry.
Emma spent the last five weeks learning on camera techniques with Actor Henry Nixon.
Henry is best known to Australian audiences for his time in the popular TV Series, ALL SAINTS and the feature film ‘NOISE’. However Henry has gone on to even bigger things since then. He has just completed the feature Squid and had a wonderful role in Stephen Spielberg and Tom Hank’s war series ‘THE PACIFIC’ playing Lt Hugh ‘Ivy League’ Corrigan. Henry has just finished shooting a Sci Fi Romeo and Juliet with Principal Director, Denise Roberts, called ‘DYING ICE’.
